    Lisa Croxford

      Lisa is a skilled coach, leadership & organisational development practitioner. She cares about cultivating the best in people, organisations, and communities, supporting them to adapt and thrive in the face of complex, global challenges. She has almost 25 years’ experience across Australia and Asia in coaching, leadership, and change. This includes 15 years in legal practice where she was the National Leader of the Equal Opportunity and Training Practice of global law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills.

      Prior to joining People Measures recently, she has been the Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Leadership Victoria where she led the design and facilitation of Leadership Victoria’s programs. She developed the andragogy, LV’s Learning Model, and redesigned LV’s programs, including the flagship intensive Williamson Community Leadership Program.

      Lisa has worked with a wide range of organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors both in Australia and overseas. She is a highly experienced coach and facilitator, who is adept at tailoring her approach to the people she is working with, from frontline employees to C- suite. She holds degrees in Law and Arts, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and has completed additional qualifications in adaptive leadership, case in point facilitation and executive coaching. Lisa is also an Adjunct Faculty member of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute.

      Outside of work, Lisa is passionate about civic leadership and contributing to communities we can be proud of. She volunteers her time with the Blackburn Lake Sanctuary Advisory Committee and is co-founder of “The Meeting Point”, an initiative which seeks to contribute to an enduring transformation of allyship with First Nations peoples. Lisa is also a meditation practitioner, constant gardener and bird-nerd.
