MAIL – Men Actioning Inclusive Leadership

Leaders who stand out from the pack are those who understand how to make progress on dismantling the systemic barriers preventing innovation, talent acquisition and retention, problem-solving, and business growth.

What is the MAIL Program?

MAIL (Men Actioning Inclusive Leadership) is a leadership development program with a focus on gender equity. This is NOT a remedial program. Specifically designed for men, this program supports leaders who want to take on an active role in creating workplace gender equity.

Leaders are working in environments that continue to become more complex and competitive than ever before. Research has consistently demonstrated the benefits of more women in key decision-making positions, including increased productivity, profitability, and performance*. Yet, attracting and retaining women for these positions continues to be a challenge for many organisations.

MAIL has a core focus on developing the skills and capability to support male leaders to disrupt the status quo on gender.

How is MAIL different to other allyship programs?

MAIL is a leadership program that will help participants develop more complex ways of thinking and clearer insights into gender equity.

This program invites men to be unwavering and courageous in their self-reflection and examine the part they play in perpetuating the current system.

Equipped with this understanding, the program will assist participants to develop awareness of the leadership that is required from them to make real progress on workplace gender equity.

A growing body of research now demonstrates fairly conclusively that a true commitment to diversity generally — and gender equity more specifically — can have concrete financial benefits.”

An early registrant for our 2025 MAIL program has said

“Similar to most leaders, throughout my career I have had many opportunities to develop and refine my leadership skills through talent programs, leadership training and on the job experiences across multiple industries. All of these moments have helped to lift my understanding of leadership theory and have raised my general capability. However, there have only been a handful of examples where my participation in a program has challenged me so deeply that it has forced me to fundamentally rethink how I operate, how I think and how I act. And these are the moments that have had the most profound impact on me and which have made me who I am today.

I believe this is what the MAIL program offers. This is a chance for men in all industries to reflect deeply about the role they currently are and should be playing to remove gender inequity from all facets of society including the workplace.”
