A leadership program that takes women on a deep dive to discover their powerful self
Women in Leadership Development (WILD) is a program with difference. It is not a program designed to ‘fix’ women, but to look at leadership work as identity work and in this context explore how systemic gender bias impacts women taking up senior leadership roles. WILD women are encouraged to explore the question – ‘what would leadership look like if it looked like you?’ Join other emerging female leaders from across sectors and industries as you build influence and impact and create enduring connections. We offer:

-
An awarding-winning and inspiring program format (see here)
-
A range of program concepts that focus on leadership, personal development and growth, purpose and resilience, all supported by practical tools and models founded in research
-
Individual coaching sessions and self-assessment tools to support the application of learning to development goals
-
Opportunity to build a network of connections with women from across various industries and sectors
-
Experienced program facilitators who have designed and delivered programs for women across a range of sectors and industries including the public service, emergency services, education and private sector

We are often asked if we can design and facilitate a WILD program specifically for one organisation. We can, and regularly do work with clients to design a WILD program tailored to their needs. In this instance, we offer:
-
Program customisation options including the addition of assessment, individual coaching and development planning that is aligned to your organisation
-
Program can be adapted to meet the needs of emerging through to executive level leaders
-
Opportunity to build a network of connections with women from across your organisation
-
Program delivery options – using a blend of online and face-to-face delivery to adapt to your organisational needs
