Paul has almost 30 years’ experience in leadership, culture, assessment and talent. Paul has worked in senior internal roles, as well as in consulting roles for several global organisations. Paul has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has worked with numerous public and private sector clients in Australia, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining People Measures, Paul spent five years in senior HR roles at Amcor where he was responsible for organisation wide initiatives across 35,000 employees in 44 countries. He also worked as the General Manager HR, for Orora, an ASX Top100 company, and Chair of the Orora Global Diversity Council. He led Corporate HR during Orora’s separation from Amcor and subsequent IPO. Prior to this he spent five years with Right Management, a global career and talent consulting firm, including three as the Asia Pacific head of Individual Assessment. At Right Management Paul conducted numerous engagement and culture assignments, including working closely with Australia’s Defence Intelligence agencies on major transformation and change projects post 9-11. Paul also led the Australia/New Zealand consulting delivery team for Right Management. Prior to this he spent ten years at Saville & Holdsworth (SHL), five years in the UK and five in Australia.
Paul joined People Measures in 2017, and became a Director in 2019. Since that time, he has been involved in some of the most significant leadership development, assessment and talent projects. He is valued for his business savvy, humour and insight, enabling clients to implement pragmatic, impactful solutions.
