Paying it forward
People Measures' philosophy is about working with passion and purpose. Part of our daily work is helping others and giving back.
We take action based on what we believe:
- We began our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in consultation with Burbangana Group in 2018
- We help fund and support the Waminda South Coast Women’s Health and Welfare Aboriginal Corporation, helping Aboriginal women and their families gain access to health care and a stronger connection with culture and community
- We help fund and support The 100 Percent Project, whose goal is to achieve 100% gender balance in Australian leadership.
- We design and deliver pro-bono leadership development with Parkville College (school for students who are, or have been in custody)
Who we support
People Measures acknowledges, respects and seeks to learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples, histories, cultures and connections to waterways and country. We pay particular respect to Elders and are conscious that First Nations’ sovereignty has never been ceded. We commit with energy to a future where all people have equity of opportunity and socially just outcomes. Learn More
