At People Measures, we offer evidence-based leadership development programs that help individuals grow their confidence, deepen their self-awareness, and make a meaningful impact. Below are our two flagship public programs currently open for registration: the Men Actioning Inclusive Leadership (MAIL) program and the Women in Leadership Development (WILD) program.

Men Actioning Inclusive Leadership (MAIL) 2026

A program for men ready to lead on gender equity

The leaders that stand out from the pack are those that have a deeper understanding of the barriers and systemic issues that prevent innovation, talent acquisition and retention, problem solving and business growth.

MAIL is a unique leadership development experience designed specifically for men who want to take action on workplace gender equity. This is not a remedial program.

MAIL supports leaders to reflect, challenge themselves, and develop the insight and capability needed to make real progress on workplace gender equity.  

Program Highlights

  • Develop your understanding of gender and how it impacts lived experience 
  • Appreciate the universal nature of bias
  • Build your understanding of how gender is related to power and privilege 
  • Enhance your awareness of the benefits of gender equity for everyone 
  • Learn strategies for promoting gender equity and challenging gender-biased mindsets and workplace practices
  • Develop techniques to engage other men to advocate for gender equity 
  • Connect with a network of men with a shared desire to create real change

  • Online orientation interview: March 2026, prior to program start

  • Workshop 1 (1 day, in person*): Thursday, 26 March 2026

  • Workshop 2 (half day, online): Thursday, 30 April 2026

  • Workshop 3 (2 days, in person): Tuesday, 2 & Wednesday, 3 June 2026

  • Executive and group coaching (online): Times organised with participants

Women in Leadership Development (WILD) March 2026

A transformative program for women across all sectors

WILD is for women from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, seeking a development experience to help upskill and prepare for future roles.

WILD offers a unique opportunity to explore the challenges of leadership through a gender lens, strengthen your leadership capability, and find your authentic voice.

The award-winning format is designed to challenge and inspire, while connecting you to a broad network of exceptional women who support you during the program and beyond.

Whether stepping into leadership, re-emerging after a career pause or ready for your next leap, WILD is a powerful development experience.
