Smitha Murthy is a Project Coordinator at People Measures. With over 12 years’ experience in L&D, Training and Compliance, Smitha has extensive experience managing large Leadership and Management development projects for a software company, an investment bank and Registered Training Organisations.
She has worked in managing and implementing complex development programs including planning, preparation, scheduling, liaising and communicating progress updates to various stakeholders with project delivery deadlines and post evaluation reports. She has consistently believed that there should be high emphasis on quality management for services provided to the client. With a degree in Commerce and as an organised, responsible multi-tasker who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment, Smitha will be responsible for managing an array of our projects across both the Melbourne and Sydney offices.
In her spare time Smitha enjoys reading books, a day at the beach and socialising with her family and friends.
