Phillip Ralph is an author, speaker, facilitator and coach. Phillip cares about supporting people, teams and organisations to be the best they can be by working with what gets in the way of achieving this: (1) fractured relationships, (2) insufficient collaboration, (3) low levels of trust, and (4) poor communication. Phillip supports leaders to become clear about how to truly lead and get the best from their team in an environment where people sometimes question their own value and effectiveness. He does this by focusing on three core areas: direction, interaction and a sense of renewal.
Phillip has written or contributed to four books including Leadership Without Silver Bullets: A Guide to Exercising Leadership, acclaimed by business leaders and experts as a no-nonsense guide to leadership that cuts through the usual rhetoric.
