Nick Carter is the founder of People Measures and a Principal Consultant. He is widely recognised as a leader in the field of applied Organisational Psychology with over 30 years professional experience in the design and delivery of objective assessment processes.
This work ranges from capability and competency development through the selection and design of psychometric instruments, work simulations and other assessment tools to the design and delivery of assessment programs. Nick plays a leading role in the design of most People Measures programs.
When he is not working, he can almost always be found on his small acreage doing the chores.
