    Naomi Wilson

    Principal Consultant

      Naomi is a registered organisational psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in organisational psychology consulting. She has worked with a wide range of national and international organisations, as well as all three levels of government and numerous government agencies. She is well-credentialed, holding a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and having undertaken additional training in leadership coaching, adaptive leadership, cognitive therapies, emotional intelligence, psychometric assessment, positive psychology, wellbeing and mindfulness. Prior to joining People Measures, Naomi ran her own boutique organisational psychology business, and was a consultant psychologist at other Australian-based organisational psychology consulting firms. She began her career at the Monash University Accident Research Centre where she worked as a human factors scientist researching young driver, pedestrian and motorcyclist safety.

      Naomi coaches people from individual contributor level through to C-Suite executives. She works with people who are looking to build capability in their current role and those who are stepping up to higher level duties. She has a passion for coaching people who are grappling with challenges and changes, stress and workload issues, and is also interested in helping under-represented and marginalised people fulfil their leadership potential. Naomi is an engaging facilitator who has run countless development programs and training workshops across the country on a range of topics, using different teaching modalities and platforms. She also has deep expertise in the assessment field, and provides objective, evidence-based evaluations of skills, capabilities, cognitive capacity, psychological enablers and risks, motivators and future potential. She is an accredited user of numerous psychological assessment tools and 360s that are widely used in organisational settings. She also has a strong background in behavioural assessments and has designed and delivered numerous robust and face-valid assessment centre and leadership development programs.
