Lisa is an organisational psychologist with experience in assessment, leadership development, coaching and talent. She has worked with a wide range of organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Lisa holds a Master of Organisational Psychology and has completed additional programs on adaptive leadership, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment. Prior to joining People Measures in 2015, she worked predominantly in the retail sector initially in store manager and subsequently regional management roles.
Lisa is experienced as a facilitator, designing and delivering leadership development programs across the public and private sectors and for participants ranging from emerging through to executive level leaders. She has presented programs on topics such as leadership communications, high performance teams, leading change, resilience and thriving, influencing, leading self and others and has particular experience facilitating programs for women in leadership.
Lisa has extensive experience in the field of assessment for development, recruitment and selection in addition to assessment of potential. She has been involved in all aspects of development centre design and delivery for emerging through to executive level participants. Lisa has also coached a range of people and has experience working with early career coachees seeking to build their skills and capabilities in preparation to take on more senior roles, people in transition to higher-level roles and senior executives seeking to consolidate skills and work more effectively in their current role.
