Joe has over 18 years’ experience in learning and organisational development across a range of sectors and has worked with organisations both locally and overseas.
Joe is a passionate facilitator and accredited coach. He has significant experience in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs for emerging through to senior management level groups. He has facilitated programs on topics such as leading self and others, communications and leading change.
Throughout his career he has helped shape organisational culture and has worked to embed high performance across teams and business units. He has supported teams to overcome cultural challenges and to reflect, post-implementation, on the success of a project and how the team worked together. Joe is a qualified and experienced coach and has worked with individuals, from early career through to executive level to support their individual development goals.
Prior to joining People Measures, Joe worked across several sectors including aviation, travel and tourism, retail, hospitality and supply chain and logistics, predominantly in internal consulting, organisational development and national training manager roles.
