      Greg is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience in consulting and organisational development roles. He has worked for major Australian and international organisations in complex business environments locally and overseas. His experience has been gained in private, government and not-for-profit organisations spanning a broad range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, education, defence, transport, health, insurance and professional services.

      Prior to joining People Measures, Greg worked in an organisational development role at Thales – a global technology leader for the aerospace, transport, defence and security markets. He partnered with a wide range of leaders across the business and consulted and facilitated in areas including culture, performance, leadership development, team effectiveness, talent and capability development. He also facilitated talent programmes that included onboarding and development of incoming graduates.

      Greg has extensive experience in leadership development including executive coaching and assessment using 360-degree and other diagnostic tools. He has strong facilitation skills and has designed and delivered a range of high impact programmes to develop leadership capability, team building, conflict resolution, lean/business improvement, and strategy development. He brings a natural and authentic style that is engaging and supportive, which enables clients to get to the core of issues and gain new insights.
