Kim is a leadership and organisational development specialist with over 25 years’ experience in leadership assessment and development, coaching and organisational development. Kim holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology, with her thesis focusing on the key leadership determinants of successful organisational change. She commenced her career as a registered psychologist in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 2007. She has worked with the People Measures team since 2013.
Kim has extensive experience in the field of assessment for development, recruitment and selection in addition to assessment of potential. She has been involved in all aspects of development centre design and delivery for emerging through to executive level participants. Kim is experienced as a coach, working with emerging leaders through to executives, teams, and individuals undergoing career transitions. She also has research expertise, undertaking projects for clients in the public and private sectors, as well as her academic research. She has published papers on leadership in respected journals, and presented at organisational psychology conferences such as EAWOP (Europe) and the Academy of Management (North America).
