With a background in art and culture, Ashleigh brings a variety of experience having worked in event management, project coordination and customer service prior to joining People Measures. This background has helped build her skills in managing client relationships, juggling competing priorities, delivering to deadlines, and interpersonal effectiveness. Ashleigh receives consistent feedback about her effective and efficient project management ability, and her calm approach even when workloads are high.

When not at work Ashleigh spends most of her time on adventures with her rescue dog Borris and Husband, listening to True Crime podcasts and teaching herself to embroider.
