Andy specialises in leadership with senior executive teams, talent development and conflict resolution across the public service, public safety and national security contexts. Andy has previously worked in a range of domestic and international senior management appointments within the national security environment. He has also led Departmental Inquiries, cross-cultural leadership development, United Nations Observer and conflict dispute resolution roles across the Pacific region, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Andy subsequently held appointments on a diverse range of Australian Executive Education institutions responsible for developing public leaders across the Australasia region.
Andy brings a unique combination of experience and disciplines across senior management, facilitation and coaching, leadership development, mentoring in cross-cultural communities and conflict resolution. His purpose is to serve the community by assisting individuals, teams and organisations on challenges that require leadership and problem solving beyond conventional approaches; enabling them to reach optimal performance and enhance social cohesion for a more prosperous Australia.
