Ailisha brings to People Measures a wide range of project management skills, including planning, organisation, and time management. During her time as an operations coordinator role, she has managed the coordination of many field technicians, communicating back to Head office for tracking & managing activities as part of contract execution & delivery for high profile clients.
Always with a consistently strong customer service ethic & being proactive in meeting customer expectations in a pragmatic way, Ailisha’s high standards of execution and attention to detail mean she is consistently looking for opportunities to improve work processes and results. During previous roles she has worked with technical developers & customer facing teams on implementing IT solutions with a focus on ensuring they have good adoption in the field to deliver the desired outcome. When working closely with colleagues, Ailisha ensures a centred focus, reminding everyone of the problem being solved & what they’re all aiming to achieve. Preferring to inform insights based on the smart use of data and modelling, to provide guidance on operational direction & options.
Ailisha has a rich educational background which is where her analytical and methodical skills thrived. She has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Psychology, with Honours in Commerce, from Monash University in Melbourne. She also started her doctorate in Business Management which is when she also began tutoring for several undergraduate classes, an experience she found extremely rewarding. She was commended on her exceptional work at Monash and received First Class Honours and the Dean’s Award for graduating in the top 2% of the Business Faculty.
Outside of work, Ailisha enjoys eating out at fancy restaurants, cooking a wide variety of cuisines, good discussions with friends, road trips and yoga. Ailisha and her fiancée love finding remote locations and wild landscapes to get high altitude drone footage while on indulgent weekends away.
