Edwina Clarke is a People Measures consultant. She joined the team in 2014. Edwina has completed her Honours in Psychology; she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management in Education and a Teaching Degree. Edwina is passionate about strategic talent development and empowering people to make the most of their skills. She is interested in how the neuroscience of learning, motivation and memory can be applied to established organisational psychology principals in order to achieve this.

Outside of work Edwina treasures family time with her husband and three daughters.
