Caoimhe is a leadership development consultant, facilitator and executive coach with nearly 20 years experience working in Europe and Australia.  She aims to help individuals enhance their performance and reach their potential by enhancing self-awareness and tailoring development to ensure strengths are maximised and development needs are overcome.

Leadership Development

Caoimhe has a solid background in applying psychological rigour to deliver practical leadership development solutions for clients.  She has vast experience designing and delivering both assessment and development centres and individual interventions. Caoimhe enjoys working with teams and delivers engaging and interactive skill development workshops.  In parallel, Caoimhe applies her knowledge of Organisational Development to advise clients on Talent Management processes to build and maximise their leadership pipeline.

Executive Coaching

Caoimhe adopts an evidence-based, solution-focused approach to coaching. She draws on an array of proven tools, techniques and models to support successful and sustained behavioural change in a wide range of areas, including communication, influence, relationship-building, career management and well-being.  As an Executive Coach, Caoimhe aims to facilitate executives to reach their potential by building rapport, setting goals and challenging current thinking patterns, all within a supportive and confidential environment. 

Career Background

Caoimhe commenced her career working in Assessment and Development at the BBC in London in 1998 prior to moving to Sydney in 2001 and working for SHL (now CEB), a leading consultancy in the field of assessment and development.  In 2006, Caoimhe founded Capability, where her focus has been predominantly on leadership development, executive coaching and talent management.  


Consulting and coaching across a number of industries, such as Financial Services, Professional Services, Media and Education, clients have included National Australia Bank, Macquarie Bank, St George, AMP, Allens Linklaters, Herbert Smith Freehills, Qantas, Australia Post, Macquarie University, the National Rugby League, KPMG and the NSW Public Service Commission.


Caoimhe is accredited and experienced in the use of a large number of assessment and 360-degree feedback tools, such as the OPQ, Saville Wave, Hogan, MBTI, Talent Quest, Human Synergistics LSI and GSI, in addition to a range of cognitive ability tests.
