Lisa Johnston is a consultant with People Measures and a registered psychologist, completing her Master of Organisational Psychology at Monash University in 2012. Prior to joining People Measures, Lisa has worked primarily in the retail sector in people and regional management roles. Her experience to date includes all aspects of employee management, leadership assessment and development including activity and workshop design, HR policy development, operations and customer service. She is driven by the opportunity to work with individuals to support them in identifying strengths and planning their development, and to work with organisations to develop their people and to improve business outcomes and performance.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys a fairly eclectic range of music, reading and spending time in the sunshine.
