Kevin Ngo is a consultant with People Measures, based in our Sydney office. He completed his Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of New South Wales and prior to joining People Measures has worked on projects in the finance, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and tertiary education industries. Kevin also has experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Kevin is driven by his interest in the role that psychological assessment plays in strategic talent management. He is inquisitive about the evidence base behind different tools and practices used in talent management as he believes that the best individual, team, and organisational outcomes come from objective and justifiable interventions which bring the greatest return on investment. The scientific identification of high potential talent is one of Kevin’s major areas of intellectual curiosity.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys life through some good drinks, even better food, and the very best company.
