Social contribution is particularly important to us as an organisation. We routinely undertake pro-bono and ‘low-bono’ work as well as provide financial donations. We have established strong relationships with a number of key charitable and community organisations that we truly believe in. The benefits work both ways.

The Australian Red Cross provides relief in times of crisis, care when it’s needed most and commitment when others turn away.

People Measures have supported the Red Cross since 2010. We have partnered them on a range of projects to grow their leaders and leadership teams.

The Prahran Mission provides a place for people with no place.

The Mission works with “people who seem to be placed in the too-hard basket by others; for example chronic schizophrenic sufferers, itinerants, especially alcoholics and multi-problem families”.

People Measures are proud to support the Mission to do their work by assisting them with leadership training and development as well as providing team building sessions.

Reach believes that every young person should have the support and self-belief they need to fulfil their potential and dare to dream.

People Measures are proud to support The Reach Foundation by partnering with them on their culture and engagement assessment process annually, and facilitating development initiatives with their management team.

The 100% Project is a national not-for-profit organisation that aims to address gender inequality as it affects leadership positions, opportunities and culture in mid-large Australian organisations.

People Measures has been one of The 100% Project’s main financial supporters since its inception in 2008. We give quarterly cash donations to partially cover the salary of the Team Assistant as well as provide office space and stationery support.
