Behavioural interviews are commonly used to determine a candidate’s suitability for a role. Research confirms that interviews provide an accurate, holistic view of a candidate when used in conjunction with other tools such as psychometric assessment and assessment centres. Candidates’ responses are generally considered reliable because they are based on what they actually did, as opposed to offering responses to hypothetical or scenario-type questions.
We will help you identify the key competencies required in the role and then describe the behaviours associated with those competencies. We will assist you to develop relevant questions and a scoring scale for the interview responses.
