Paul Starr is a Principal Consultant at People Measures with over 20 years' experience. He has worked in internal roles, as a General Manager HR, as well as consulting roles, in Australia and the UK. His core expertise lies in Assessment, Leadership, Diversity and Engagement. Paul has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has worked with numerous public and private sector clients in Australia, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining People Measures Paul was the General Manager HR, Corporate for Orora, an ASX Top100 company, and Chair of the Orora Diversity Council. Prior to that Paul’s role at Orora was as GM, Talent and HR Strategy. His consulting experience includes ten years at Saville & Holdsworth (SHL) in the UK and Australia, and six years at Right Management. Paul is valued for his combination of business savvy, humour, insight, and supportiveness, which enables clients to implement pragmatic, impactful solutions.
On the weekends he loves to spend time cycling with his sons, and, as a published author, is currently writing his second book.
